• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Payoneer, and Stripe.
• To initiate our work on your project, we request a 50% advance payment.

• Clients may request changes to the project scope, subject to Prestigepxl Studio’s approval and any associated costs.

• Ownership of intellectual property rights is as specified in the individual service agreements.
• Clients are granted specific usage rights outlined in the delivered work.

Client information and project details are treated with confidentiality, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

• Project delivery timelines are outlined in the service agreement.
• Prestigepxl Studio is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond its control.

• The revision policy is outlined in the service agreement.
• We do not provide refunds for our digital services as we commit our hard work until your complete satisfaction.

Clients agree to first attempt to resolve disputes with Prestigepxl Studio before pursuing legal action.

Prestigepxl Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use implies acceptance.
