Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Prestige Pxl's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Services Provided

Prestige Pxl provides event production services including but not limited to:

• LED video wall rental and installation
• Event lighting design and operation
• Professional sound systems
• Stage rigging and setup
• Special effects and pyrotechnics
• Power generation and distribution
• Projection mapping
• Event technology solutions

Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the conclusion of the event. Payment methods include credit card, check, or wire transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus deposit
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event: 25% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details and requirements
• Ensuring access to the venue at agreed times
• Obtaining necessary permits and licenses for the event
• Providing a safe working environment for our crew

Liability

Prestige Pxl's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Intellectual Property

All designs, configurations, and intellectual property created by Prestige Pxl remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use visuals of their events for promotional purposes.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or venue closures.
